昨今、“〇十年に一度の大雨、洪水”などが全国で頻発し、自然災害が多くなっています。
個人的には、アレルギー疾患をもつ方の「災害時の対応」の箇所が大変興味深かったです。災害発生時、平時の備え、について多くの方の一読をお薦めしたいです。

It’s very well put together and offers useful insights for everyone—from the general public to medical professionals.
In recent years, Japan has seen an increase in natural disasters like “once-in-decades” heavy rains and floods.
Personally, I found the section on “how to prepare for disasters if you have allergies” especially interesting.
It offers practical advice on both emergency response and everyday preparedness, and I highly recommend it to a wide audience.
It’s a shame that the information is currently only available in Japanese—I really hope they consider publishing it in English and other languages as well.
