スギアレルギーのある方にはつらい時期がやってきますね。
①スギアレルギーの検査をしよう
花粉症の症状があるが、本当にスギアレルギーがあるかどうか検査ができます。当院では血管からの採決検査のほか、指先採血法では小さい子も可能で、当日結果が判明します。
②お薬で治療しよう（目のかゆみに皮膚に塗る薬もでましたよ）
スギ花粉の飛散期の前から薬物療法を開始しましょう。また、アレルゲン回避（外ではメガネやマスクも）も同時にお願いします。
Point 1 症状のタイプと程度からお薬を選択する。・目のかゆみ・くしゃみ、鼻水がつらいタイプ、・鼻づまりがつらいタイプ
Point 2 お薬の組み合わせ療法を積極的に行う（飲み薬、目薬、点鼻薬）
Point 3 わずかな症状が出たら抗アレルギー薬，抗ロイコトリエン薬で早めの初期療法を行う。
Point 4 鼻噴霧用ステロイド薬は，花粉症で軽症例から標準的に用いられる。
Point 5 鼻噴霧用ステロイド薬の特徴は，①効果は強く， ②効果発現は早く，③副作用は少なく、④鼻アレルギーの３症状（くしゃみ、鼻水、鼻づまり）に等しく効果があり、⑤投与部位のみに効果が発現する、といった利点があります。
Point 6 目がかゆくなってから目薬をさしてきた方へ アレジオン眼瞼クリームという皮膚に塗るお薬がでています。こちらは皮膚から吸収されるため効果が持続します。かゆくなってから塗るのではなく、症状がなくても定期で塗布（プロアクティブな使用法）することでかゆみのない状態を保つことが目指せます。
③ 根治療法を目指そう！（石の上にも３年）
スギ花粉アレルゲンを含む錠剤であるシダキュアを用いた、舌下免疫療法ができます。
Point 1 スギアレルギーの症状があり、特異的IgE抗体が陽性の方
Point 2 小児も可能（舌下錠が使用できる５歳以上がめやす）
Point 3 期待される効果 １年間適切に継続することで効果が期待でき、３年間継続することで、中止後も効果の持続が期待できます。
Point4 スギ花粉が飛んでいる時期からの開始は避けます（治療開始可能な時期は、全国的には5月末から12月末まで。北東北地方では1月くらいまで）。
Point5 初回のみ院内で投与し、30分経過観察します。次の日からはご自宅で継続します。
Point 6投与部位である口腔内を中心に副反応が認められることがある。ほとんどの症例は数週間程度で軽くなります。
Point 7 最初の１週間は少ないアレルゲンの錠剤を使用し、次から常用量となります。その場合の薬剤費は、1か月分（30錠）＝4,383円→3割負担の方は1,315円となります。
